Better Me, Loving Me, Transforming Me, Inc. was founded in 2020 by Rena Lingo as a passion and desire to help build teen girls and young women to excel in life through various facets. By providing tools to help them become positive role models to their peers, build positive relationships, love themselves as God loves them, and become great leaders in the world.

 BLT, Inc. is a non-profit community organization for teen girls ages 9-18 and women 19-35 to help improve their lives spiritually, physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally by providing training, mentoring, coaching, resources, workshops, tutoring, college prep, and life skills development. In BLT, Inc. we will help you build on your foundation, strategize for your next move in life, educate you on making better choices and inspire you to be a greater person.   

BLT, Inc. serves as the umbrella for God’s Diamond Girls Mentoring program for teen girls, The Overcomers Village for Women, a safe place for young adult women to be mentored, coached. Training in life skills development, parenting, goal setting, confidence building, finances and budgeting, leadership and entrepreneurial skills, health and wellness building, and Mary’s Closet a thrift store to teach job training and meet the needs of the community with free and discounted items. Our goal is to open a facility to be a safe place for teen girls to come after school, on weekends, and holidays just to release, relax, study, meditate, eat, receive tutoring, training, life skills, and job training, and build meaningful relationships. As well as a safe place for young adult women to get away, clear their minds, get mentoring, job training, financial literacy, leadership and entrepreneur training, health and wellness and spiritual guidance.

Since BLT, Inc. is a nonprofit, we are funded by the community, sponsors, donations, and gifts to make sure every area of our company can provide the needed tools to help our girls and adult women in our community.
